Around Rochester, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across New York are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr. Johnson is truly the best of the best in the Rochester area. He is incredibly kind, thorough, and has absolutely amazing skills. The stitches in my mouth are some of the neatest I’ve ever seen, and he placed my IV effortlessly and I genuinely didn’t even feel it, despite always being told I have difficult deep veins. I was extremely nervous and had put off this dental surgery for years because of my anxiety surrounding dental work, but Dr. Johnson made me feel completely at ease. The entire process was smooth, calming, and far less scary than I expected. The office staff was also wonderful! so kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. They even called later in the day to check on me, which meant a lot. The office itself is incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully set up, with a cozy waiting room, fluffy blankets during the procedure, and even self-occluding IV catheters, which honestly made such a difference in my experience and comfort level. I truly regret spending so many years worrying and putting this procedure off. I cannot recommend Dr. Johnson and his team enough.

Dr. Johnson was unbelievably thorough when explaining the entire procedure with me and very nice. He didn’t rush talking to me at our consult and I even interviewed another dentist that was highly recommended, but chose Dr. Johnson because of the sense of trust I immediately felt after meeting him. He did an excellent job at removing my wisdom teeth with very little pain. I highly recommend him!!

Would highly recommend coming here! Had three wisdom teeth extracted here recently. Dr. Johnson is incredibly intelligent, skilled in his field, personable, and kind. Everyone on his team is very kind, patient, insightful, and helpful. Everyone answered all my anxious questions calmly and thoroughly. Procedure didn't cost a ton and I healed up very well thanks to everyone's help. The building is very pretty and inviting. My scheduling process was stress-free, too.
